Designed for professionals who may be comfortable analyzing financial statements but have limited experience with manufacturing companies, the session demystifies the core building blocks of manufacturing operation, which are materials, labor, and overhead, and then explains how these all these elements are important in the transaction process.
Participants will gain a foundational understanding of key terminology, production cost structures, and the basic operational concepts that drive value and risk in manufacturing businesses.
